We use trailer mounted pressure washers. Our pressure washers will clean surfaces using hot or cold water. We use dual injection wands that spray chemicals out one side and steaming hot water out the other at the same time. We do ask that all windows are closed, all driveways or areas that need to be cleaned are cleared, and all fragile decorations are put away. 10. Is an outdoor water source needed?

No. An outdoor water source isn’t required but can save you some money. If we provide the water source we have to charge additional fees. And most jobs won’t require much of your water in the first place.

11. Is the pressure washer I have at home the same as the one your company uses?

No. The cold pressure washers that are sold at retail stores cannot clean surfaces like the pressure washer we use. We use hot pressure washers that steam the water up to 240 degrees. A cold pressure washer might have a lot of pressure but still won’t get the job done without a hot pressure washer and chemicals. Not to mention hired trained professional employees.

12. I received a coupon for a pressure washing company offering extremely low prices, will you match these prices?

13. What are the black streaks on my gutters, and can they be removed?

Most black streaks on gutter are in the oxidation layer of the paint. These can be removed most the time with low pressure and the right chemicals.

14. Is it more effective to clean with hot water then cold water?
